WEAR YOUR JEWELLERY WITH PLEASURE & CARE AND YOU WILL HAVE YOUR RAINBOW TREASURES FOR A LIFETIME!
Most importantly, due to the relatively fragile nature of enamel, avoid dropping or knocking enamel jewellery against a hard surface. Shock may cause the enamel to crack, chip or break. Do not bend or warp the jewellery pieces out of shape. Store your enamel jewellery individually in a protective jewellery box or a pouch to prevent scratching.
To clean, wipe your jewellery very gently with a soft cotton cloth. Never use harsh chemicals to clean your jewellery such as toothpaste or jewellery cleaning solution. If the dirt is hard to remove, it is possible to use a soft bristled toothbrush and warm water to remove light residues. It is very important to dry it thoroughly afterwards with a dry cotton cloth.
Repairs. If you notice that by accident your enamel piece suffered any damage, contact us, we will try to help.
Remember to remove your jewellery:
- Before showering or bathing. If your jewellery piece gets accidentally wet, dry it with a soft dry cotton cloth and let it air dry for some time to allow the excessive moisture to evaporate.
- When applying makeup, perfumes, lotions, or hair spray. Chemicals, moist and acidic environments can react with the metal and cause a change in the appearance, wait until your product is completely dry before slipping on your jewellery
- Before sleep
How to store your jewellery. Your jewellery should be kept away from direct sunlight and humid environments (e.g.bathroom). The pieces should be stored individually in a protective jewellery box or a plastic zip lock bag, to prevent scratching.
